Rack Armor

Rack Armor helps protect Pallet Rack columns, from the damage caused by Fork Lift Truck impacts. For forty years, the rack industry, believed that heavy duty steel guards did this best. Then Rack Armor, a 24" High HDPLE Shell with a soft foam insert showed not only superior results, but results up to six times better. The unconventional idea, came from the mind of an engineer, outside of the industry, who had experience with plastic pipes. Working together with The Rack Group they jointly  developed the original  Rack Armor.

Highlights

• Installs in minutes, clamps on  with no drilling or anchoring.

•  Impacts are diffused throughout the length of the outer shell. Changes a point impact  into a diffused blow.
